At MAD4MADAMS LTD, United Kingdom, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, please follow the steps below to request a return or exchange. Because our products are delicate, we have specific guidelines to ensure everything comes back safely.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Email us at contact@mad4madams.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
Deadlines — Please Read Carefully
Return/Exchange Request: Must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the delivery date (delivery date = Day1).
Example: Delivered August 1st → request by August 3rd, 11:59 PM (UK time).
Requests on or after Day 4 will be automatically rejected.
Return Shipping: Once approved, ship back within 5 calendar days from the delivery date (Day 1). Parcels sent on or after Day 6 will not be accepted.
Important Reminders:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Use a trackable courier and keep proof of postage.
Late requests or parcels returned after the deadline will not be processed.
We’ll email you the return address—do not ship to our office address directly.
Return Shipping Costs
If you ordered the wrong product, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, you’re responsible for return postage.
For exchanges (unless we sent the wrong or damaged item), you must cover two-way shipping.
We’re not liable for loss or damage in transit—insured, trackable shipping is recommended.

Undelivered Parcels

Free UK Delivery Orders Above £75
If your order qualified for free UK delivery (orders over £75) and the post‑return retained value falls below £75, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. We’ll clearly itemize any deductions during the refund process.
