1. DEFINITIONS

  • Buyer: The individual or organisation who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.
  • Consumer: As defined in section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
  • Contract: The agreement between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
  • Goods: Clothing, accessories, and other items the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.
  • Seller: MAD4MADAMS LTD, Flat 18, Barry Court, Withington, Manchester, M20 3LQ, UK – operator of mad4madams.com.
  • Terms and Conditions: The terms set out in this document and any special terms agreed in writing by the Seller.

2. ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders placed on our website are considered an offer to purchase Goods under these Terms and Conditions.
  • An automated confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when the Goods are dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. PRICE & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
  • Full payment must be made before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.
  • If any pricing errors occur, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. DELIVERY

  • We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout.
  • Delays may occasionally occur due to external factors; we will inform you if so.
  • Risk and ownership pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your own expense unless faulty.
  • Faulty or damaged Goods should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving returned items.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profits or emotional distress, arising from use of our products.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.

7. PRIVACY

  • Your personal data is used only for order processing and is never sold to third parties.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be handled in the UK courts.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, graphics, and logos on mad4madams.com are the property of MAD4MADAMS LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any material without our prior written consent.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. WAIVER

Failure by us to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any special terms agreed in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and MAD4MADAMS LTD regarding the sale of Goods.
